These terms govern your use of this mobile application (the "app"), an audio-first matching platform connecting singers/rappers and beatmakers, published by Adam Khazrane ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. For any question, reach us through the support contact published on the app's App Store or Google Play listing.
The app lets music creators publish tracks, discover other creators through an audio-first feed, connect through reciprocal likes, and message their connections. The service is currently provided free of charge, in a beta phase: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
You need to be at least 15 years old. One creator role (singer/rapper or beatmaker) is chosen at signup and can be switched later. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign-in is handled by Google, Apple, or an email/password managed by our authentication provider — we never store your password.
Uploading a track transfers no ownership. You grant Adam Khazrane a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to host, transcode, analyse and stream the track to other users, solely to operate the service. Deleting a track or your account ends this licence and removes the files.
Publish only sounds you created or hold the rights to share. Tracks reported as someone else's work can be removed, and repeat infringement leads to account removal. To report a track or a profile, use the in-app Report action.
A beatmaker may mark a beat as "free type beat". Downloading one grants a personal, non-commercial licence to create with it. Commercial exploitation requires the beatmaker's separate agreement — Adam Khazrane is not a party to, and does not broker, any such agreement.
No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service. You can block any creator from their profile. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practicable.
Reports are reviewed by our team. Reporting is confidential: the reported creator is not told who reported them. We may preserve reported content while reviewing it.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The app is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
If these terms change materially, the app will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue.
